ChefPop is a marketplace that connects chefs (“Providers”) with customers (“Users”) seeking culinary services. ChefPop is not responsible for the conduct or performance of chefs or users beyond facilitating the connection.

• Users must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the services.
• Chefs must provide valid certifications, permits, or licenses (if applicable) to offer services through the platform.
• ChefPop reserves the right to verify the identity of users and chefs.

• Users agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.
• Users are responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, and suitable environment for chefs to provide services.
• Users must comply with local health and safety regulations during any culinary service.

• Chefs agree to provide high-quality and professional culinary services.
• Chefs must ensure they have all necessary tools, ingredients, and certifications (if required by law) to perform their services.
• Chefs agree to comply with local health, safety, and business operation laws.

1. Payment Timing: Customers are required to pay at the time of booking. The total fees will include:
   • The chef's hourly rate multiplied by the number of hours booked.
   • ChefPop’s platform service fees.
   • Applicable taxes.

1. Chef Payment: Chefs will receive payment 3-7 days after the booking is completed, subject to successful transaction processing.
2. Quality Disclaimer: ChefPop does not guarantee the quality or outcome of the chef’s culinary services. The responsibility for satisfaction lies between the chef and the customer.
3. House Safety and Security: ChefPop is not responsible for the safety or security of customers' homes. Customers agree to indemnify ChefPop from any liabilities related to house safety, damage, or security issues during or after the service.
4. Clear Communication: ChefPop encourages both chefs and customers to communicate clearly after the booking and before the cooking time to ensure that expectations are properly set. This helps avoid misunderstandings and ensures a smooth experience for both parties.
5. Indemnification of Personal Liabilities: Chefs agree to indemnify ChefPop from any personal liabilities arising during transportation to and from the cooking service and the cooking service itself, including but not limited to traffic accidents, illnesses, theft, or other personal issues that may occur during the performance of their services, transportation, or interactions with customers.

1. Customer Cancellations: Customers can cancel their booking up to 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the booking time are non-refundable.
2. Chef Cancellations: Chefs are not permitted to cancel a booking once it has been confirmed. If a chef cannot fulfill their commitment due to an emergency, they must contact ChefPop support immediately for assistance. Non-compliance may result in account suspension or other penalties.

• ChefPop encourages users and chefs to resolve any disputes amicably. In cases where a resolution cannot be reached, ChefPop may assist but is not obligated to mediate or resolve the dispute.

• ChefPop is a platform provider and does not assume responsibility for the actions or omissions of chefs or users.
• ChefPop is not liable for any damage, injury, or loss arising from the use of the app or services.
• The use of ChefPop and its services is at the user's own risk.
